Description | Saddle, nicely modelled but the proportions are not quite right. Front hooves and back hooves joined on small flat bases. Left foreleg rests on a round object (globe? helmet?) Incised tail, moulded and incised mane.Nice face with almond eyes, deep groove for mouth, nostrils, lightly incised bridle. Rider also in BM (46) possibly part of this piece. |
