| 2500bc-14/1300bc | A barrow covering a cist dismantled in 1812, reported in the West Briton of 30 October 1812, and quoted by Ashbee 1974. The cist contained a heap of human bones of very large size and two heavy bronze torques. The barrow was possibly built around a standing stone. |
