| 2500bc-14/1300bc | A round barrow covering two irregular circles of stone walls (1.2m and 0.9m in diameter) joining to form a rough figure of eight. From these three short walls extended to the north. A stone 1.2m north of the circles covered a deposit of animal bones of bos longifrons. There was no sign of interment, which had probably been looted. There were some pottery fragments. The mound was of soil with a few large stones laid on edge here and there. |
