| 2500bc-14/1300bc | A central mound surrounded by a circular mound. Red sandstone and limestone pieces covered the central mound. A near central cist of a rough kind with no capstones contained a large collapsed urn of coarse material (Abercromby food vessel Type 5). Near the south side of this was a pygmy vessel. There was a small amount of calcined bone, one small flint chip and rough chert pieces in the cist. Among the calcined bone fragments was a horse tooth. |
