| Description POSI | In the field north of the POSI (SU1049), several chipped stones were found.Located on N side of ridge, using natural and manmade risers made from built up slag cakes.Good evidence for 4 threshing floors, some still in situ.Evidence of cut grass- still in use? Maybe more as donkey pasture- manure used for fuel? |
