| Description | Lindgren suggests continental origin based on the facial styling with similarity to several from the Netherlands however Toynbee says 'of a very peculiar form and of definitely local style is the seated Venus from Woodeaton with the arms bent across the body, circular eyes, a wedge-shaped nose, and a crooked mouth' |
